How a visit works
We first listen to when and how the fault appeared. On site we check the circuits and the board and locate the fault by measurement. Before starting, we explain what needs to be done and which parts will be replaced. After the repair we re-energise the circuit and check it together with you.
Safety first
If you notice heating cables, a burning smell or sparks, switch off the related breaker and stop using the circuit. Do not work on wet floors or with the board cover open.
