A device that stops working does not always need to be replaced. We examine faulty electrical and electronic devices, find the cause of the problem and repair the ones that can be repaired.
What we look at
- Devices that do not switch on or shut down while running
- Power input, cable, plug and connection faults
- Switch, button and control faults
- Devices that trip a breaker or cause leakage current
- Devices that overheat, smell or make unusual noises
How a repair works
We first listen to when and how the device failed, then check it and find the faulty part. Before starting, we tell you whether the repair is possible, which part will be replaced and what the work involves. After the repair we run the device and check it together with you.
Device or installation?
Sometimes the problem is not the device but the socket, circuit or breaker it is connected to. Because we also work on electrical installations, we can check both. For installation faults see our electrical fault service.
Safety first
Unplug a device that smokes, sparks or has a hot casing and do not use it again. Do not try to open it yourself.
Repair request
Send us the device type, brand and the fault, and we will decide together whether it should be examined on site or in the workshop.
